Rumours that started on 1/02/2023 said that Lewis Hamilton will join Ferrari in 2025. skysports informed us at 15:00 that these rumours were in fact correct.
They had a reporter at Mercedes Brackley base where they saw many of the Mercedes staff arrive and leave the building not even 15 minutes later.
Team principal Toto Wolff was said to have informed the team of Lewis’s departure via video call as it was a surprise move.
Some rumoured statements say that Lewis informed Toto of his departure from the team yesterday (31/01/2024).
Lewis has been with the team since 2013 and got six of his seven world titles with this team. So why the sudden move?
